PC Service Technician - Infrastructure Services Division
BlueStorm Technologies has an excellent career opportunity for a great service-oriented PC Service Technician. This is an opportunity to become a member of our Infrastructure Services Team supporting our local Binghamton area clients. This position requires hardware and software support experience, a high regard for customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. In addition, we are looking for individuals that are motivated to keep up with industry trends, have a professional demeanor, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate must be able to:
- Perform first-level PC maintenance
- Troubleshoot PC and Network problems
- Coordinate resources
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assignments
