On Sunday, April 3, the Handicapped Children's Association is presenting the 3rd Annual "A Tasteful Day for HCA" at the Binghamton Riverwalk Hotel and Conference Center from 5-8 pm.  Music, food and prizes are on the program.  Tickets are $25 each or two for $40, and each ticket gets you into a drawing for a new iPad donated by BlueStorm Technologies.
